Longevity Is All Just Genetics In Your Control

A study of 2872 pairs of twins found that genetics accounted for approximately 25% of longevity*, which means that about 75% depends on how we live our lives.

US Healthcare: A Day Late and a Dollar Too Much

The U.S. spends over $730 billion treating largely preventable diseases—yet less than 3% of healthcare dollars go toward prevention.

By prioritizing our health before we get sick, we can not only live longer, but enjoy more healthy, active years.

Most people think they’re on the right track, but without expert support, DIY longevity often misses the mark. That’s why working with a dedicated team makes all the difference.

Why Doesn't DIY Longevity Work?

An image of 6 stick figures. One is a light blue, the rest are a light gray. This image visually represents that only 1 in 6 adults who are overweight manage to lose just 10% of their weight and keep it off for a full year.

Key Finding: Only 1 in 6 adults who are overweight or obese manage to lose just 10% of their weight and keep it off for a full year.¹

Even though obesity and chronic diseases are widespread in the U.S., 80% of people still rate their diets as extremely, very, or somewhat healthy².

Most people also think they eat healthier than the average person³.

Physical Fitness

Less than 25% of adults are meeting the CDC’s guidelines for physical activity.¹

Only about 1 in 5 people attend gyms after one year of membership².

Injuries involving sports and exercise equipment are very common, and the recovery process or resulting physical limitations can significantly undermine fitness and longevity goals.

Emotional Health

Lacking social connection has been found to confer the same risk to health as smoking 15 cigarettes per day¹.

In 2023, the surgeon general declared an epidemic of loneliness and social isolation, with approximately half of adults experiencing loneliness².

In general, we spend a large amount of time on social media, which has been linked to disrupted sleep, lower life satisfaction, and poor self-esteem¹.
